Bob Nemeroff has been a shareholder and Chairman of the Litigation Department since the inception of Friedman Schuman, P.C. in 1988. His career as a litigator spans more than 40 years and includes personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Bob has successfully obtained multiple six-figure and seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.

His extensive litigation experience includes representing clients in numerous elective mediations and arbitration hearings. Through this work, Bob has developed a strong understanding of both trial strategy and dispute resolution.
This experience has provided him with a keen sense of how to effectively and diligently mediate and arbitrate disputes when called upon to serve as a neutral, a role he continues to take on with increasing frequency.
Professional Involvement & Leadership
Bob remains active in the legal community through his involvement with organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
He has served as President of the Montgomery County Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section in 2021 and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association Civil Court Rules Committee.
