Bob Nemeroff has been a shareholder and Chairman of the Litigation Department since the inception of Friedman Schuman, P.C. in 1988. His career as a litigator spans more than 40 years, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bob has successfully obtained multiple six-figure and seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. His extensive litigation experience also includes representing clients in numerous elective mediations and arbitration hearings. This experience has imbued Bob with a keen sense of how to effectively and diligently mediate & arbitrate disputes between litigants when he is called upon to serve as a mediator or arbitrator, which is happening with greater frequency.
Bob enjoys staying active in his legal community with involvement in organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, having served as President of the Montgomery County Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section in 2021 and acting as current Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association Civil Court Rules Committee.
