Since 2008 Michael has been the Managing Partner of the Philadelphia office of the law firm of Kutak Rock, LLP. Michael is a 1985 graduate of Villanova University, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Law.
Mike has argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Third Circuit and the Pennsylvania Superior Court on multiple occasions over his thirty plus year practice. He has served as a Common Pleas Arbitrator, Mediator and Expert Witness before AAA panels. The focus of his practice has been litigating or providing counsel to insureds and insurers on complex insurance matters, including construction defect, marine, logistics, transportation, aviation, property, fire loss, fidelity and class action matters.
