Judith Meyer is a highly respected mediator and arbitrator with more than 30 years of experience, having handled over 1,200 commercial mediations and arbitrations across contract, environmental, employment, construction, tort and personal injury, professional liability, business, intellectual property, and insurance law. Known for her high energy and total commitment, Judith excels at guiding parties and counsel through complex, high-emotion disputes, quickly identifying key legal and business issues and reframing positions into interests.
She has served on numerous high-profile panels, including the September 11 Victims’ Compensation Fund of 2001, American Arbitration Association panels in Construction, Commercial, Complex Claims, and Employment, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, FINRA, U.S. International Commerce Commission, and multiple federal and state courts.
Judith is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a Fellow of the American College of Arbitrators, a member of the American College of E-Neutrals, and certified by the International Mediation Institute. She is also a highly regarded lecturer, teaching Negotiation and Mediation at Cornell Law School and speaking at the University of Pennsylvania, Dickinson, Temple, and Rutgers Law Schools.
