Judith Meyer is a highly respected mediator and arbitrator with more than 30 years of experience. She has handled over 1,200 commercial mediations and arbitrations across a wide range of matters, including contract, environmental, employment, construction, tort and personal injury, professional liability, business, intellectual property, and insurance law.
Known for her high energy and total commitment, Judith excels at guiding parties and counsel through complex, high-emotion disputes. She is skilled at quickly identifying key legal and business issues and reframing positions into interests to facilitate resolution.
Professional Experience & Panel Involvement
Judith has served on numerous high-profile panels, including the September 11 Victims’ Compensation Fund of 2001. She has also served on American Arbitration Association panels in Construction, Commercial, Complex Claims, and Employment, as well as with the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, FINRA, the U.S. International Commerce Commission, and multiple federal and state courts.
