Francis “Frank” Deasey is one of the founding partners of the former Deasey Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd., a preeminent casualty defense firm with a national practice.
Throughout his career, Frank has defended high profile and high exposure cases related to Construction Law, Products Liability, Dram Shop, and Premises Law.
He has also defended insurance companies in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Over the course of his career, Frank has tried more than 100 cases in State and Federal Courts across 12 different states. In addition, he has successfully resolved hundreds of high-exposure matters, giving him a strong understanding of the benefits of case resolution prior to trial.
