Alexander “Alex” Palamarchuk brings decades of litigation, trial, mediation, and arbitration experience representing clients in a broad range of complex civil matters throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Throughout his career, Alex has handled sophisticated litigation matters involving business disputes, securities matters, class actions, and complex commercial claims across multiple jurisdictions. Alex has maintained an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 1995. He has also been recognized by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for contributions to the Philadelphia Court System and has been acknowledged as an advocate for Children’s rights.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970 and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1974. In 1998, he completed the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Management Program with a focus on finance and business matters.
