Linda A. Michler, Esq. is a highly experienced mediator and arbitrator with decades of experience helping parties resolve complex disputes across commercial, financial, employment, healthcare, and contractual matters. With a legal career spanning litigation, transactional work, government service, and private practice, Linda brings deep insight, strategic thinking, and a practical problem-solving approach to every matter she handles.
After serving in roles including attorney in private practice, counsel with the U.S. Small Business Administration, and owner of her own law firm for more than 20 years, Linda transitioned to full-time mediation and arbitration. She has since conducted thousands of ADR proceedings, many as panel chair, and is known for facilitating constructive dialogue, managing complex dynamics, and guiding parties toward efficient and durable resolutions. Linda is a panel member of the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and regularly handles matters involving parties across multiple jurisdictions.
