Francis “Frank” Deasey is one of the founding partners of the former Deasey Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd., a preeminent casualty defense firm with a national practice. Throughout his career, Frank has defended high profile/high exposure cases related to Construction Law, Products Liability, Dram Shop and Premises Law. Frank has also defended insurance companies in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Frank has tried over 100 cases in State and Federal Courts in 12 different states. Additionally, Frank has settled hundreds of high exposure cases and, as a result, understands the benefits of case resolution prior to trial.
Frank serves regularly as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Frank has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for the past 15 years and is rated AV preeminent by Martindell-Hubbell. He maintains his active license in Pennsylvania. Frank is a past member of the FDCC and the American College of Trial Attorneys. He has been recognized by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for his participation in continuing legal education programs.
